Placement of your order with Buick Farm indicates that you have read and accept without exclusion all of our policies, terms and conditions.

Buick Farm does not sell or share any information supplied by you our customer. Any information you provide will be kept confidential. We respect your privacy!

The quickest way to receive your parts is to order them directly from this website. If however, you are uneasy about doing this you may print your order and mail it to us at the address which is provided at the bottom of each page of the website. BEFORE sending your Payment please notify us so that we can determine the Shipping Cost to be added. Orders paid for by Check (personal or business) will be held for 10 business days from the date of deposit. A $25.00 service charge will be applied if your check is returned for any reason. We will gladly accept your Visa, Master Card or Discover Card for payment. The minimum credit card charge is $15.00. We can also send you a Pay Pal Invoice for a Payment request once we are given your Pay Pal Account Email address.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with an item, please email to let us know why. We will accept any returned item within 30 days of shipment, but you MUST email us for a return authorization number (RMA). If an item is returned without pre-authorization there will be no refund issued. After 30 days all sales are final. There are NO RETURNS on Electrical Parts, Sheet Metal or Bumpers. The item you are returning must be in good unused condition and be returned prepaid with a copy of your original order. Items ordered in error or returned for no reason are subject to a 20% return charge ($5.00 minimum). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged shipment, even if the damage is concealed, please report it to the carrier that delivered your merchandise immediately. Do not throw away any part of the packaging materials or devices. Do not return the package to the Buick Farm. The carrier must see the package in the exact condition it was received in order to process a claim. After a shipment leaves our shipping facility, it becomes the sole responsibility of the carrier. Contact us if you do not receive your item or it arrives damaged. Failure to follow these instructions will result in a loss of the claim.

All Shipping and Handling Charges will be based on Size, Weight and Destination. We will ship USPS or UPS. If any other method is to be used due to Oversize or Overweight Conditions we will contact you first. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a Confirmation and Tracking Number. Please be sure you supply us with your correct e-mail and shipping address.

Shipping and Handling charges will be based on the items you have ordered and where they are being shipped. Charges will be applied to your Credit Card. If you are not paying by Credit Card, please email for the cost.

The Customer is responsible for any Customs or Duty Fees within the Country of destination.
